Returns Policy

Online ordering and live payments are not active. Return eligibility and applicable terms are confirmed in writing before ANDES INTERNATIONAL LLC accepts any purchase.

Return authorization

All returns require prior written authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused. Request authorization at info@andesinterco.com with the order reference, SKU, quantity and reason.

Restrictions

• Installed or used items are generally non-returnable.
• Electrical components may be non-returnable once removed from sealed packaging.
• Special-order, made-to-order and configured equipment are generally non-returnable.
• Items marked non-returnable at the time of sale cannot be returned.

Condition requirements

Authorized returns must be unused, in original packaging and complete with all documentation and accessories.

Restocking and freight

A restocking charge may apply where the supply source imposes one. Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless the return results from a supply error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original outbound freight may be non-refundable.
