Online ordering and live payments are not active. All requests are reviewed manually by ANDES INTERNATIONAL LLC before any quote, payment, purchase or fulfillment.

Order processing

A submitted request is not an order. Any purchase must be accepted in writing by ANDES INTERNATIONAL LLC after technical and commercial review.

Dispatch information

Expected dispatch information is published only for records with verified controlled inventory. Where inventory is not verified, a lead time is confirmed in writing during order review.

Freight and shipping classes

• Small-parcel items ship via standard parcel carriers.
• Oversized, palletized and equipment orders are quoted as freight.
• Site access, liftgate and appointment requirements must be declared before dispatch.

Delivery statements

No delivery date is guaranteed. Estimated transit times are provided by carriers and are subject to change. Delivery commitments are only valid where confirmed in writing.

Damaged or short shipments

Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier delivery record and report it to info@andesinterco.com within the period stated on the shipping documents.
